Select in-season weeks are available at the rate of $1,600 per week, Friday afternoon to Friday morning. Check in is at 4:00 p.m. on Fridays, and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. on Fridays. Off season and winter rates are also available. The beach, stairway, decks and yard are available for the exclusive use of yourselves and your invited guests. Please be aware that we have neighbors who are not renters, and who expect to be able to enjoy the peace and quiet of their homes in this beautiful area. Guests at Overlook Cottage are expected to be considerate in the use of the property. The cottage is fully furnished, and includes a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, washer, dryer, TV, and VCR. There are a picnic table and gas grill on the deck. We provide toilet tissue, bath soap, dishwaser and dish soap, salt pepper, sugar, coffee filters, paper towels, napkins and trash bags, along with all need linens and bath towels. BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT FURNISHED. SMOKING AND PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES. We are confident that you will find the Ludington area and Overlook Cottage to be a wonderful place to vacation.
